Same problem as someone had earlier this year: an unpaid parking charge at Chase Farm Hospital that would have amounted to £3, resulting in a PCN for £100 imposed (£60 if paid within a fortnight.)
Cannot see how the previous person's case was resolved. Any joy? Therefore wonder if the procedure advised is the one to follow. With grateful thanks for your attention.
