pick a photographer with a professional association as they need to have had there work and working practises approved before they can use the Associations qualifications.

...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

For anyone on a budget I can really recommend our photographers. They are Cream Wedding Photography and operate throughout the North West, the Midlands and Wales.
You pay for the number of hours you need them at £50 for each hour and then pay for your photos after your wedding. We paid for 2 hours that's £100.00 and got all the photos on a CD copyright free and a free DVD slideshow for £177.00
Total cost was £277.00 their website is www.creamphoto.co.uk
Can definately recommend them as the tops.
Hope this helps. Love Sue.
They do look very good, but you have only posted six times and advertised them in every one!0 -

Hi, first post here, after alot of searching I found my photographer from a listing on
www.photogra-free.com
There are lots of companies listed all over the UK, some free, some cheap and some expensive.
My photographer is self employed and not a member of an association, She said that the memberships had cost her extra money and hadnt given her or her customers anything so she 'stopped paying her membership to the club' cos she had to pass the onto her customers. She said what was better to show prospective clients a great portfolio or a bought qualification?
She also pointed out that all photographers have their own insurance, the 'clubs' are not regulated so can't and dont offer clients any suport if the worst were to happen.
