Key Safe, are they safe?

We're looking into this. Are they really safe? It wouldn't be fitted anywhere near a door and not facing a road or pathway. There is only one on the market that I can see that is police approved.

The key safes with a wheel, unbelievably carers left the safes closed but without mixing up the numbers. Also the risk the safe may be left unmixed whilst carer is at the call until they leave and replace the keys. Another vote for push button here, located behind a pipe or something. Not round back of house as carers may struggle in the dark to locate and open.
