Best shower with a combi boiler?

I have been reading through past threads and am soooo confused

I have gathered (correctly I hope) that we cannot have a 'power shower' with a combi boiler. So what's the best shower/ type of shower to get a powerful effect with a combi boiler? We're prepared to dig deep for a decent shower within reason.

Any advice please?:D

If you look at the specification of a shower mixer ,either on the box or literature, and it says 'suitable for fully modulating water heaters /boilers' then this is what you want .A combi is a fully modulating water heater.
Mira/Kohler, Aqualisa and Trevi (Ideal Standard) are all good makes that have been around for years.
What you are looking for is the number of spray patterns on the head. 3 to 5 on most heads.
If you are looking to have body jets and other extras then you would need to consider the output of the combi and the mains pressure available.

Hi

Have a look for the boiler make and model, go to their web site and find tech spec. Mains pressure needs testing with gauge , flow rate by filling a container over a timed period to get litres per min.
