Type of 'Get Well' card

I have a neighbour who is currently in hospital due to being involved in a serious car accident. He is in an induced coma and with it being early days the current prognosis is unknown.
I'd like to send a card but in these circumstances a 'Get Well Soon' card feels a bit jarring. Does anyone have any thoughts on what type of card might be suitable?
Many thanks in advance.

What about a 'Thinking of you' card?0

Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endQuidquid Latine dictum sit altum videtur0

I would look for a blank-inside card (you can get loads of different designs, according to the occasion or person) and write your own message.0

+1 for 'Thinking of you'
I hope he does get well soon though.

How about a Sympathy card for his relatives? Not the kind that intimates that he is not going to recover, but an attractive blank card that you can write your own message to. As it is likely that you could not be able to visit him, you could also ask if they could keep you informed of his progress.
I hope he recovers, I have been in a coma twice in my life and recovered, obviously not without problems, but I am still here and still enjoying the sensation of waking up every morning.I think this job really needs
a much bigger hammer.

I used to work in a card shop and often got questions like this. I would always point people towards a 'thinking of you' card. Or a blank one. But sometimes it's so hard knowing what to write ...0

Thank you for all the suggestions. I guess at this stage the card is really for his relatives so a 'thinking of you' sounds like a good suggestion, what to write is a bit trickier but I'm sure they will appreciate the gesture no matter what is written. Hopefully there will be some positive news soon and a time will come when a 'get well' card will become appropriate.0

Thinking of You or blank.
Inside, something simple along the lines of 'Just to let you know that you and your family are in my thoughts, and hoping for news of X's improvement soon'0 -
I had a similar situation not so long ago. I bought a card that had the word 'hello' on the front and 'from all of us' in the centre.0

Not all cards in the "Get Well Soon" section actually say Get Well Soon, I've bought cards which say "Sorry to hear you're ill" or "Thinking of you in hospital" which have been entirely appropriate for someone with a terminal illness.0
