Conservatory Insulation

Hi all,

I am having a conservatory built, and I have a query on the insulation for the floor.

The concrete slab has some insulation laid inside it (looked like big polystyrene sheets). Would adding additional under-tile insulation (on top of the concrete slab) be of any additional benefit, or a waste of time?

Thanks in advance!

LL.

I am assuming the product is 100mm thick Celotex, or similar. laid under the concrete. Putting insulation under the tiles will achieve little, and in some scenarios could cause you problems. Best avoid doing this.
