    Too much going on here, no need to bust a gut (although pics of the signs will assist you in any defence if VCS try a small claim later). VCS do not use the POFA anyway, regardless of whether it's a bylaws car park. So it doesn't really matter if it is or it isn't because whichever type of car park, VCS can ONLY hold a driver (potentially) liable. Hence why the keeper does not say who was driving.

    No need to pore over the POFA then, just send the usual template appeal for IPC members, as shown in the NEWBIES thread.
    In that case, there is no point in appealing at all, is it?
    Yes and no, this is explained in the NEWBIES thread. You send one challenge for IPC firms but it won't 'work' as such, it won't get it cancelled. But it's not done for that reason.

    Same as all other IPC cases, appeal once then ignore everything except a small claim or a solicitor's letter (read BW Legal/VCS threads in advance now, to see what's likely to need a response).
