Just a moan about being asked to "tag" ...

I hate it when a Comp on FB says to share. I have one FB account and have a lot of work friends on there too so I don't want to spam their pages with my comps too.Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0

I absolutely refuse to bother other people with a tag. I hope this stops being a thing!0

I don't do the tagging comps on Facebook I don't do the sharing ones either. I don't want to annoy people with comps as I don't know anyone else that enters competitions.0

Simple, open another FB account strictly for comping and then friend like minded people0

FB rules only allow one account, if they find out you have two you could lose both accounts (if people spot you have two there is a fair chance it will be reported especially if you win something worthwhile)0 -
Don't like it but if it asks I do, that's why we generally have a compers facebook account with like minded people.
I tag them they tag me
Edit: I used to use another Facebook account for family but don't bother really nowA strong man stands up for himself, a stronger man stands up for others.0 -
I'll only do it if I know the person I'm tagging won't be annoyed by it. My mum is always on board, and I only have my partner as a personal friend on twitter so I have someone to tag in comps. In general though I only use this method if it's something I really want.0

Noooo! My Grannybiker FB was closed down without warning ages ago. (Always wonder if there are any wins lurking in there....)
Now I have comping friends organised into a group and if the company insists on a share it's only visible to them - they actually appreciate me sharing. Same with tagging. I also tag the company in the comments so they can see it.
This means I've had to be a lot more selective about who is on my friends list as there are compers who can now see my personal stuff. When I just had my GB account I was a right FB tart accepting anyone as a friend! I'm quite careful about what I do post as we all have to be these daysWorse things will have happened in the world today..."The only thing that really matters, it to love and to be loved."0
