PCN from Parking Eye Morrisons Car Park Help!

Recently I Parked In Morrisons Car Park in Peckham which stated it was free Parking for an hour or more I didnt enter the store straight away but i did go in there eventually and exited through the store into the car park. I have recently been issued with a Fine although according to the Parking Charge Notice i spent 49 mins in the car park. Has anyone got advice on what i should do next as i dont have a receipt from that day to present to Parking Eye!!!

It is not a fine, it is a speculative invoice.

Please read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES then appeal using the BPA template in blue you will find there. Copy and paste and send. Do not edit it.

Complain to the Store manager and/or the CEO of Morrisons about this. If you purchased anything, send copies of your receipts or redacted bank statement saying you were an occupant of the car. If you didn't buy anything but have receipts from previous visits to any Morrisons, include copies of them. Ask for the unfair PCN to be cancelled otherwise you will become an ex customer.

So easy to get this cancelled. No, you do NOT need a receipt. One email to M's (and belt and braces, the usual template appeal to PE, as shown in the NEWBIES FAQs thread).
