How do I make a complaint to Travelsphere?

Does anyone know how to make a complaint to Travelsphere? Their website has contact details for customer services and enquiries but nothing about how to lodge a formal complaint. The only option I have managed to find is to use Resolver.

I would write to their postal address in the first instance.

You could escalate if necessary to their parent company.

Thanks, but as the problem was initiated by their customer services people I am anxious to get my complaint looked at by a higher body. Just worried it might get buried if I direct it towards them!
