Beware - servicing stop
My car was booked in for a full service.
My sump was damaged by their mechanics who cross threaded the sump plug. I was charged loads of extra money for parts and labour to fit a new sump. Which was never actually fitted.
The car was returned to me and overnight left a huge oil patch on the drive leaking onto the pavement and road.
They admitted their mechanic had damaged the sump, no new sump was fitted even though I was charged for one, but customer services refused to refund for parts and labour unjustly charged for and that they actually damaged. Customer services are only available via email and took more than 2 weeks to respond with, the damage must have been caused by the previous garage.
I would STRONGLY ADVISE NOT to use this COWBOY COMPANY.

Thats very poor. Why I like to do my own oil changes and am very careful not to strip the sump threads; in fact I under-torque them and use some blue loctite on the threads.0
