    So, payslip arrived today...

    #75 £8999.99/£8999.99

    Had to do some jiggling about, so it will be tight this month. But I am now debt free. I think it's going to take a while to sink in.

    Congrats Money_muppet. :beer::beer::beer:

  • Chuffed to find that by just making minimum payments on my cards this month (not helpful in the scheme of things but better for my bank balance) I'll just dip into my overdraft ever so slightly before next Friday's payday. I'm sticking with minimum payments till Xmas is out of the way and will then bump them up when I restart the challenge (I presume it restarts for next year muppets?) but I needed to not be living deep in my overdraft.

    Also, with the next challenge (this is a stupid question, sorry!) I presume my new total debt will be what's left from this year? :o

    Afternoon MrsShazbat 1st things 1st NO question is a stupid question, you never know there might be other members who wanted to know the same answer but thought they'd wait for someone else to ask it.

    Next years challenge will start just after Christmas, about the 27th or so. With next years challenge everyone will need to give a new target for the year and the payments made will start again from 0, that way every member will start on the same level field. xx
