Hi, not certain this is the place to post my problem here so apologies and I'll try to keep it brief (ish)
This may seem trivial but I recently purchased an end terrace house. There are 12 houses, 4 in each row forming a square. Next to my house is a car park. There are 9 parking spaces and 7 garages. The car park is long and narrow with 6 garages in a row on one side and 9 spaces on the other side next to my house. My garage is at the end of the 9 spaces with access to my garden via garage. On my title plan the area in front of my garage (space for 2 cars) and the space next to it are marked as mine. I downloaded another houses title plan and they had 2 spots opposite their garage. The spaces are poorly marked by different colour brick which has faded. Often I come home to another car in my space and even sometimes in the area in front of my garage. This mixed in with people who either have no idea how to park or simply to lazy means that often only 7 cars can fit in the 9 spaces. I don't want to seem like the grumpy neighbour but I don't want people parking in my space as I want t9 park there and not in front of my garage as I want it for visitors or access to my garage etc. If someone knocked and said if I minded them parking there for a night , if I didn't need it I would alwylats say yes. It just annoys me a little bit that as far as I can see (maybe I am wrong) it's my property and not a free for all. None of my neighbours cars are in the same spot daily . If they want to park wherever fine, jutlst not in my spaces. What do I do without coming over like a prat, or am I being trivial?

Doesn't sound trivial. Maybe it's time to talk to the neighbours about repainting the brick spaces and also, perhaps, to compare title deeds, especially of anyone has more than one car they need to park.
It would be better if everyone knew whose space was whose and that you've all talked about it but on no account allow a private parking firm to infest your land!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
