  • If you are allowed to wear anything I got some great tops from ASDA and they are so descreet you wouldn't notice what you were doing if you were in the car. I would take a babygrow or blanket of your child and also keep their photo near. This helps your supply. I would maybe negotiate with the employer that if they are unable to provide a space they need to give you adequit time so you are not stressed. I expressed without my daughter when she was in ICU, if you leave it too long it's very uncomfortable and can effect your supply so make sure you discuss with your employer how important it is to take breaks every few hours. There is a medela teat that is very similar to breast feeding for babies, my daughter switched very well from bottle to breast although did prefer breastfeeding. Well done and don't let it be the end of breastfeeding.
