Problems with Pepipoo?

For the last couple of hours I have been getting the error message " IPS Driver Error". Anyone else getting that? I know in thepast that this website has been the target for cyber attacks. I wonder if this is another one.

What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

I noted in another thread pointing an OP to Pepipoo that it wasn't working. It still isn't, and this is several hours later. DDoS attack?

They've had this before. The last time it was a corrupt index file which they rebuilt. What this one is, only they can say.

Conspiracy theories apart we are entitled to our opinions of course but PP has suffered this type of periodic problem for as long as I can remember. None of them has been due to a DDoS attack and whilst there is always that risk I'd go with experience - and thus historic evidence - on this one and suggest it is more likely to be a db error.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

HO87, all the signs of a DDos attack but if not, hopefully not, a very expensive fix ...... surely the domain owner would be alerted or at least would see that currently the site states

    IPS Driver Error

There appears to be an error with the database.

The last time this happened it was just before a weekend too. What are the chances that Fredd is about on a Friday evening?

IIRC The last outage took over a week to fix.

Yeah I've been getting the IPS Error all day and you are right the last time it happened it was a goodly number of days before it was fixed .

    Odd thing is that
