Outlook.com has updated my system today. I now can't scroll down my emails so I can only read the top of items in my inbox. The same applies to sent items.
I'm using a Macbook Air if this makes any difference.
Is there a way to fix this?

I had this too. Try scrolling down very slowly. I found that the older emails did load for me eventually. But having said that, I'm having some awful issues with it too.
Mine updated itself a few days ago and I've had nothing but problems ever since. Sometimes it loads, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it won't send emails, and I know I'm not receiving all my emails, including a few tester ones that I sent myself and got someone else to send.
I tried to sort this out today with their chat help. She gave me a link to click to another chat help. It showed the expected waiting time, but the time kept going up and down. It got down to three minutes then crept back up to 72 minutes, this was after an hour and a half wait. So I gave up.
I don't know what to do. If the problem is with them, I assume they'll sort it eventually. But meanwhile I don't know what important emails I might be missing.
GL, and hopefully, we're not alone with this.

Hi Blulu
Thanks, at least I can see I'm not alone, so hopefully MS will get to work on fixing this soon.0 -
I've discovered a temporary solution by using Firefox instead of Safari, but hopefully MS will fix the problem soon so I can go back to Safari.0

I've chatted to outlook.com support, and have a solution.

In my case, I had to turn off my Ad Block. Nor surprisingly, outlook gives me an option to upgrade to an ad-free version!
I thought we had banned such restrictive practices in the 1970s and 1980s.0 -
I did try that yesterday - turning off ad block. It didn't make any difference. But mine seems to be working ok again today - I'm not counting on it though. Hoping it's sorted for both of us. Thanks for updating.
