Beware Just Eat Competition

I had a competition in my inbox saying juat eat were giving away lots of prizes. It looked slightly suspicious but as it's my main e-mail that I use for juat eat I clixked through. The link it led to was http://collegestudent.online/RLI=36-UI=145996647-OI=18763-ONI=588209-SI=0-CI=11912861-BI=0-II=2580205-IDSP=91-KLEM=13-TIE=144-IDE=12922370-MID=617-FID=67980-DIOM=0. It asked a few questions about my takeaway habits then at the end asked for my number. This is actually a subscription service where they charge £4.50 each week. I noticed as was already suspicious but my partner wouldnt have and others might not.

I had this the other week. There is also a spin the wheel one as well, be careful with that one too.
BTW, I emithered Just Eat to let them know about the first one, because it does look really authentic - until you see the bit at the bottom. So they are aware of them.

I'm getting about 10 emails a day from various companies but the contents of the email are the same. Just eat, Ryanair, Morrisons... I've clicked unsubscribe on all of them but they just keep coming!

I keep getting bombarded with them too, now Ryanair is the latest addition.
I've tried to block them too but they just keep coming, they seem to be able to mask their real identity of the sender.

I think these spam generating competitions are being posted in the competition thread

Personally I'd recommend not to click on the unsubscribe button on these emails. Soon as you do you're giving away that the (your)email is active meaning more dodgy competition. Just block them if you can and delete them.

You can report phishing or malware suspects to Action Fraud at NFIBphishing@city-of-London.pnn.police.uk I always forward new dodgy ones. At the moment I'm getting several a day saying 'Hi, we've sent several emails, we need to contact you about the start date for your new job, click here', and also 'Your order from Boots/Marks and Spencer/Amazon has been shipped, click here for details', someone is also desperate to send me money via Western Union, if only I would click the link and send them my details!

do not click unsubscribe its fake and just lets them know the email addy is active so actually you will start getting more

Just Eat are really spammy at the moment. I get several emails a day from them all from different emails wit different links. No idea why these spammers are using the name Just Eat all of a sudden but there's loads.
