aqua or capital one?

in Credit cards
I wanted to buy a laptop and get the section 75 protection but the limit on my student card is only £500, while the laptop was £650. To avoid this in the future I wanted to get a credit card which could increase the limit. After a lot of reading I've narrowed it down to capital one classic or aqua card classic.
APR is not an issue for me I'll pay it off in full every month. I'm also quite sure I would be accepted for either card. So which is better for limit increases, customer service and general use?
Thanks

Section 75 protection applies even on a part payment, so as long as some of the cost is on your credit card you're fully covered.
As I understand it, this can be a payment for as little as £1.0
