New Sky deal

Sorry if I am posting in the wrong place but with the new sky deal listed in the utilities section, (won't let me post a link as a new user) - Unlimited broadband & line rental - New. Sky: £64 over 12mths, after £50 credit:
Although it is not for existing customers does anyone no whether we could cancel sky, (in my wife's name) and then I take out the new deal in my name? Will it just go off the address rather than customer name?
I know when we moved house a few years ago I tried to get a better deal and couldn't get one so we did cancel it in my name and got a new deal in my wife's name but we were changing address then too. I've tried ringing in the past to get a better deal and just ended up speaking to someone on the phone for about an hour as they told me their life story and after all that the only way we reduced the price was to get rid of absolutely anything apart from the very basics but even so the price has creeped back up over the past few months, (so we were thinking of getting rid of Sky altogether but have a package that includes broadband and phone too at the minute).
I'll try ringing to haggle for a better deal as MSE site says they are second after the AA for haggling to get a good deal although our previous experience, (and that of a couple of people at work), doesn't seem to support this but maybe I need to work on my haggling skills.
Thanks for any help/advice/info
