Manufacturer warranty due to expire but car isn't running well

Thanks for all your responses everyone. I've just been to the Seat garage and as it is still in warranty they have agreed to take it in and make sure the fault is permanently resolved, as it should have been brought it on its second break down. To be fair, their customer service was 10/10. Hopefully if it is something else that has caused the recent breakdown they can resolve it and if not we can discuss it when it comes to it.
