If you think the INR claims are scammers, why have you claimed from RM?

You think they have the goods, and you do not think RM have lost the items...

This is a very good question.

You recall I refunded my 2 eBay buyers who claimed INR. The buyers each had to open an eBay case, I refunded and then eBay closed the 2 cases as resolved.

Today I got notice from PayPal of a case opened because "The buyer stated that they did not authorise this purchase".

It is one of these 2 eBay buyers who I have already refunded on eBay. Has put in a second claim for the same amount apparently.

It shows on my PayPal a/c as a purchase paid and refunded, so do I need to do anything about this latest claim?

Yes, you get the option to show evidence of the refund, add the transaction reference to the chargeback case.

Claim from Royal Mail for every INR. Unlike eBay, RM WILL investigate if an address is flagged up too many times for post not arriving.

The OP has done nothing wrong here. The buyer has claimed INR so it's only fair to assume the package has gone missing.

Makes me wonder why they targetted you. Are you new to ebay? Do you have NO REFUNDS or other clauses in your item description?

I have always said they not returns and the buyer is wrong style info in the auction listing attracts scammers that know they will win a dispute against the seller.

I would report them to EBay.

I have responded to PayPal chargeback with the refund transaction reference.

I have also reported the buyer to eBay for attempting to get a refund more than once for the same item.
