I have received a response to the 1st Appeal I did to them (I used the forum Blue template)

I have received a Parking Charge Notice Reminder saying I have until Monday to pay the reduced fee of £60 or it goes to £100.

At the bottom of the fine it states that on 4th November 2015 the Supreme Court dismissed the further appeal lodged by Beavid UKSC 67. It states the Supreme Court awarded Parking eye their owed fine?

    What do I do now?

    Thanks

If 35 days have not yet passed since you appealed, you wait until it has. If you get a PoPLA code you use it. If you don't get a PoPLA code or rejection after 35 days, you complain to the BPA and DVLA.

You also need to read and reread the NEWBIES thread as I believe all your questions are already answered there.

You don't need to read it all at this stage. You don't need to look at anything at all to do with the IPC or IAS, and you are nowhere near toothless debt collector nor are you anywhere near the court stage, so don't worry about that at the moment. Court only comes if you fail to win at PoPLA, so that is where you concentrate your efforts once you have your codes.

You are at the initial appeal stage. One appeal for each PCN.

Once you get a PoPLA code you start researching your PoPLA defence. If you don't get a code you complain to the BPA until you do get one.

Break every thing up into chunks rather than trying to read and understand it all in one go.

    Sorry...vast?!

There are just two template appeals in it. Hardly difficult to understand.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
