Chance to win £1000 of Pets at Home gift vouchers

1. The following rules apply to your participation in our ‘For the Love of Dogs’ competition.
2. By submitting your entry and by entering the Competition you agree to these rules.
3. To enter: No purchase necessary. Internet access and valid email address required to participate. To enter the competition go to petsathome.com/pogdogs and enter your name, email address and select a category/pet type on the online form and click ‘submit’.
Only one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be invalid. Entrants will be entered into a prize draw to win one £1000 Pets at Home gift voucher to be spent in store. 1 winner will be selected at random. 4. The competition runs from 1st September 2016 until midnight 9th January 2017 inclusive. All entries must be received by midnight on 9th January 2017.
5. Entry restrictions: The Competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, or their agents, and suppliers, or anyone connected with this offer, or their immediate families, cannot enter the competition.
7. Competition and notification of winners: The winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified by email by 30th January 2017 and must respond to the notification by 11pm on 13th February 2017 to claim their prize. All entrants must ensure they provide a valid email address and must be contactable on the same email address used for entry. If the winner fails to respond by 13th February 2017 the winner forfeits their right to the prize and the Promoter will choose an alternative winner in accordance with these terms and conditions. The gift vouchers will be delivered to the selected winner no later than the 13th March 2017. Name and country of residence of the winner will be available upon request by emailing extcomms@petsathome.com after the draw date in writing to the Promoter, marked “Winner–FOR THE LOVE OF DOGS”.
8. The prize is exactly as described. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The Promoter will not be responsible for the non-receipt of any entry and cannot be held liable for system failures or for any failure by third parties to fulfil their obligations or for any acts or omissions outside the control of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time, or to withdraw the competition altogether for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

10. The Promoter’s decision is final in connection with all matters arising from this competition and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is governed by the laws of England and in the event of any dispute the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of the winner. By entering the Competition, the winner agrees to participate in publicity as reasonably requested surrounding the competition.
12. Personal information which you give us may be used by us to administer the competition, let you know about promotions and new products and for statistical analysis.
