Can any vented tumble dryer be used with this vent?

I recently moved into a house which has a Zanussi ZD100 vented tumble dryer installed.
I am hoping to replace it with a Hotpoint Aquarius TVFS73BGP.
Would anyone be kind enough to look at the pictures and see if the vent would be suitable? (Excuse the mess

First two are inside, with the hose connected and disconnected, and second two outside, with the flap connected and disconnected.
Diameter of the hole is roughly 4 inches (actually, more like 3.8 but maybe I wasn't measuring it quite at the right point).
Do vented tumble dryers normally come with hoses? If not, as you can see from the neighbouring appliance there isn't much room between where the tumble dryer will be and the vent. What length would you recommend?
Thanks

If not bought the machine yet why not look at heat pump
they pay for the extra initial cost quite quickly0 -
100mm / 4inch is the "standard size". Hoses are available at Screwfix/Toolstation/B&Q/etc pretty cheap, and can be cut to length if needed.

You could replace that cover on the door too if you wanted for very little. http://www.toolstation.com/shop/Electrical/d190/Ducting/sd3083/Wall+Outlet+Gravity+Flap/p261270
