Ppi with fiat financial services

Hi there! I have no idea where to start with putting a complaint in about ppi, where do I go? Who do I complain too? I had a car loan with fiat financial service in 2004 lasting 5 years. I don't want to use I company who charge 25% fees + vat! Can anyone help please!

You complain to the car dealer that sold the finance.

The PPI sale is pre-regulation so be prepared for Arnold Clark to decline to consider your complaint.
