Still no logbook after 2 months

Having bought a used car about 2 months ago I left it to the seller to send in the V5 to to transfer in my name.
This has not now arrived -is there anything I can do assuming it was lost in the post?

Doesn't the green slip say to contact DVLA if you've not received the new V5? That suggests to me that the answer to your question is to contact DVLA.

You would fill in the green slip (take a photo copy) and send it to the DVLA with a V62 form for your new V5C free of charge.
