Frost Free Fridge Freezer

OUr old frost free fridge freezer died - boo hoo - had 8 years good service. So we looked online and got a new one.
Now its installed I have noticed at the back wall of the fridge it looks like droplets of water - is this common. I have looked at fridges at work and they have it too.
I have set the temp to the default of 4ºc and the freezer to -18ºc.
Also it came with a thing to put in the drainage hole to clean it out - should it be left in it all the time.
I may be panicing over nothing but the old one didn't have any of these issues.
Thank you.

Mine has done this since the day I bought it... but there seem to be no sinister implications, as I've had it for five years now!
The occasional clear out and wipe over, maybe... as one would do in the normal course of things anyway..?
Hurray for frost free fridge freezers. Great invention.0 -
