Refund from Fat Face

Has anyone had any problems getting a refund from an online company? I returned a parcel to Fat Face over a month ago and the parcel was received into their warehouse. I received an email to confirm receipt of the parcel by Fat Face but they only refunded less than half of what was returned. They now say I need proof of postage which is fine usually, but we are in the middle of building work and so far I have been unable to find it. I have shopped online for years and never had this problem before. Fat Face could be refusing refunds to other customers on this basis and surely it cannot be right. Fat Face lose/don't process the return properly but I am being refused a refund due of £120. Any advice would be appreciated.
