Estate Agent check: UK Property Consultants

Hello,
I am interested in a property that is being advertised by UK Property Consultants, whose office is 55 Goodmayes Road, Ilford, IG3 9UD. The estate agent is registered with the Property Redress Scheme, but I am still a bit unsure about the company as they don't have a website and the agents have been a little difficult to deal with.
Does anyone have any experience with this estate agent? What should I look out for to make sure that the estate agent is legitimate?

But if you're buying, does it really matter? You're entering into a contract with the seller, not the estate agent.0 -

If buying then the agents legitimacy has very little impact on you0 -

Then you'll be buying the property from the current owner, using your own solicitor. So, you won't be giving the EA any of your money, and your solicitor will verify everything for you and advise you of any problems.
Doesn't really matter whether the EA is a one man band, or has 100 offices.0
