Howdy, Need help on this matter from Finacial/banking experts from Canada. One of my Cousin was too much addicted to drugs and spent all the money buying these Sh*** and is running out of every fuel .
My concern is about his Student loan. He has a student loan and while working he had paid some instalments and paid around 25% of total loan amount back to Bank. Now he is facing Bankruptcy. I am from Canda and there I heard that under some Banking circumstances bankruptcy will eliminate student loan, I need help with discharging this Student loans. I don't know what to do from here(I am working abroad, UK ).
Thanks in advance, any comments will be useful for me.

This is a UK-based forum, it's unlikely that you'll be lucky enough to get a response from someone with the knowledge of the Canadian student loans system you need on here. Better to look for a more appropriate forum.0
