Trouble with credit ratings

I'm in constant email with experia who have given me some poor credit rating. This is mainly because they say I am not on the electrol roll. I have sent proof twice from my local council even including my electrol roll number and they still say I'm not on their records. This is stopping me getting a credit card as well as keep being rejected so affecting my score. It's so frustrating as there is no way I'm a bad risk and before I moved in April I never had any trouble. What else can I do.

Did you register between April and July/very early August?...or just now as part of the annual canvas?
If the latter, then you'll have to wait until the Council send the canvas file to the CRAs at the end of the year.0 -
Hi Janetc, I understand that your electoral roll information is not showing on your Experian credit report yet. If you registered in April we would certainly expect this to be showing by now. It may be that it has been recorded under a variation of your address. If you email your details (name, address and date of birth to me I will be able to get this checked for you.
