Parking fine from PREMIER PARKING LOGISTICS

Hello please can you help i parked my car on tenant street Birmingham paid for my ticket only to come back to realise i have been ticketed by these scum PPL cow boys. It was wet windy and raining on entering the car park there was 1 bay with some white lines could not make it out as it was all broken and places over a drain the rest were numbered and reserve were written in white road paint. Any ways took the ticket and said parked on a disable bay without displaying blue badge. When you enter the car park the lines are all distorted and broken you can only see the disabled sign a bad one i must say only from side. As the bay is side on as you enter and is only until your parallel and moved your car you sot disabled sign...ive read about these cowboys and was going to write in and contest but from reading your thread in best not to any advice? Can they get my details from DVLA...Thank you

"This lot " are now a member of the IPC , and so they have access to the DVLA database

this happened in 21/10/2016 , what date did you get a ticket?
