Between 42 & 49 days before your fix expires you should recieve a letter/Email from Eon advising the End Date of your fix, once you have this you are free to start the Switch process without penalty fee's being incurred0

My 1 year fixed for my electric ends on 04/11/2016 and gas ends on 08/11/2016. I'm currently on the E.ON uSwitch Fixed 1 Collective Oct 15. When can I switch to a new deal? Do I have to wait until the above dates have passed?
You can apply to switch any time you like, but early exit fees may apply.
You won't incur early exit fees if you transfer to another Eon tariff, or switch to another supplier within the switching window.0 -
