Social Worker Biased and lied in court. Defamation?

In cases of separation they do two appointments typically.
I can see the scenario when mother arranged meeting and took her new partner, didn't inform OP of the meeting. OP then found out and when asked about joining, she said he couldn't because there could only be two people there.
OP doesn't believe it, gets angry and shows up at the school, maybe said he had an appointment at reception, hence being let in without further question, and then showed up at the appointment creating trouble.
Totally making it up, but that would explained the below:Social worker claimed the school reported that I had unauthorised accessed the School and located my wife.0 -
Yes, but you usually would have to request it.

Also not sure why new partner would be there.
I'm not sure about your school, but from experience schools in this area, the policy is to provide two appointments for separated parents as standard.
Not saying that would allow someone to just turn up.0 -
Thanks you all for your comments.
The issue is not with the school. the school has told me in written that that did not say anything what the social services reported in her statement to the court.
The judge said I can see the kids unsupervised or supervised at Social Services discretion.
The social worker is biased and even though my estranged wife admitted to physically abusing the children and showed remorse but she still think it is not damaging to the children. The social worker told her she is satisfied with her remorse.. Now as I showed the proof to the court that Social Worker lied she is angry and using her desertion not to let me see the kids unsupervised citing safeguarding issue i.e. I shouted in front of the kids..
I already reported the social worker to the local authority however they all are saving each other backs. I am sure she should not be working in the community and do not how many more families are suffering because of her.
So OK I can not sue her for defamation but it is confirmed that she lied in court.. I am going to raise this in next hearing so what are the chances the judges would take it serious and is there any other way I ensure she is investigated?0 -

1: get a solicitor
2: are the children in care? - because that would be quite important0 -

That's three different schools my kids have gone to (2 primary/1 secondary) so maybe more separated parents when I live. The schools have said that they can't accommodate two appointments for each child systematically, but if this is an issue to discuss with Head. Personally, I think it is sad that there would be so many separated parents who can't even stand to sit next to each other for 10 minutes for the sake of their kids' education that schools should offer two appointments at standards.
I think it was a case of sending two letters out and one parents accepting the time, the other couldn't (for example working) and having to rearrange and so forth.0 -

I had a friend who had remarried and was on very good terms with her ex and his partner so they used to go together (all 4 of them) to parent evenings. As they all worked in some aspect of education, I bet it made for some interesting encounters.0 -

Sent them a warning to apologise and remove the Social Worker from my case else I reserve the right to report them (Practice Manage Approved the statement) under Perjury Act 1911 Section 1A & 5.
And also reserve the right to report the Social workers to HCPC their regulatory body. I checked and both are registered.
see how it goes.0 -

Which requires intent.
It is most likely that the social worker screwed up, perhaps with some encouragement from the ex. If the statements were made in good faith, no law has been broken. !!!! up is far more likely than conspiracy.
It sounds like the social worker may be guilty of misconduct, but little else.0
