TERMS AND CONDITIONS






"City Trips" is a contest organized by HolidayPirates GmbH, legally domiciled on Wallstraße 59,


10179 Berlin, Germany.


Entrants must be over the age of 18. To enter the prize draw, users must complete the necessary


steps to receive WhatsApp notifications from HolidayPirates. Only one entry per person is allowed


and only entries that send a message to the registered WhatApp number with the word "START",


in order to receive WhatsApp notifications.


The closing date/time for submission of entries is 23.59 local time on Monday 19th September. All


users who have already subscribed to our WhatsApp notifications will be automatically entered into


the competition, and do not need to undertake any further steps.


The prize is a luxury city trip including return flight and hotel to one of five destinations – London,
Amsterdam, Dubai, New York or Las Vegas – which the winner can choose from, for a total value
of 3,000 Euros. There is one prize across the 10 countries where the competition takes place.


Further details concerning the logistics of the prize will be discussed upon claiming the prize.


The winner will be randomly drawn from all participants across all countries according to the rules
of the game. The winner will be contacted via WhatsApp. In case we don’t hear back from the
winner within 7 days, we will draw another person to receive the prize.


Please note that the prize value will be converted, according to the exchange rate on the campaign
end date, into the respective local currencies depending on the location of the winner.



Employees or affiliate parties are not allowed to take part in the contest.



There is no cash alternative available instead of the prize. If the full 3,000 EUR value is not claimed

as part of the prize, there will be no cash payment for the remainder of the competition budget. All

decisions are final. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

To start please add +49 157 923 581 39 to your contacts and send us a message saying ‘Start’ on WhatsApp.

But I can't message them as they're not in my WhatsApp contacts and I can only add them to my phone contacts. Whatsapp then can't find them and I only have the option to invite them to messenger via text... Am bamboozled

I just added them to my contacts with the name Holiday Pirates and then was able to whatsapp them without any problems. I received a confirmation after texting.

Thank you - it was my WhatsApp muddledom. All done now

I added it to WhatsApp contacts (not phone contacts) and it allowed me to put in all the correct spacing parts and then it appeared in WhatsApp for me to message them.

I then received a confirmation message a few minutes later.
