Hi all,i have received a parking ticket by pcm for not showing my permit
It is a resedential area and I have been parking there for the past few month. It is my parking bay
I have appealed against it by saying my permit was right next to the passenger door and it was.
If it is my bay and I own the house do I have the right to ask them to cancel it?

Yes and no...depends on freehold ownership of the bay. If you own the BAY outside why the heck have you agreed to show a poxy permit for an ex-clamper who will always be looking for any old excuse to 'fine' you? There must be a nasty managing agent or 'Residents Association idiot middle-man here who thinks it was a good idea to allow a firm who 'make it up as they go along'* re appeals, to go near the residents cars.
OPT OUT, OBJECT, GET ANGRY!! This bunch should be kicked out because it's the residents they prey on.
But this is the same as all IPC cases as discussed all over the forum:

Do NOT try IAS:

Sit tight. Come back if you get a solicitor's letter or small claim = defendable.
