Thank you to whoever takes the trouble to write appeal letters that we are free to use.
I've just had an appeal upheld without even having to go to POPLA.
Very pleased.

All a bit too vague Jamie11. Any more meat to put in the bone? It might just help some other unfortunate PPC victim in the near future.
Did you have a previous related thread? Which PPC please? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yes, that's great, but it'd be useful if you told the rest of us how. Some of us are still struggling and still finding it hard to even find the templates for appeals.0

Thanks guys, yes I used the appeals template as advised, I got the answer today by post.
There has been a furore in the local papers down this way (Cirencester) about the parking at the hospital but, to be fair, the parking is free if you have an appointment and enter your details into their system.0
