Printer will not print NW ISA Form

My printer seems to be working fine, why is it when I am trying to pring an ISA form form NW, I get a blank sheet. The printer behaves as if it is printing OK but the page came out blank. Thanks

I do not think it is the ink. I have just printed a crest from from saga share online and it printed fine. I

Some web sites are pretty bad at the form-printing stuff - last time I ran an interest/tax statement from Cahoot it printed 4 blanks, 2 with the corporate logo, then the page I wanted!

Is the NW NatWest - had a look at Nationwide, they seem to only have an apply in Branch option, couldn't see an obvious form for NatWest (maybe you have to go through the application process first?).

A few possibles - if it's a PDF form, try saving it, then double-clicking to open with Adobe instead of the browser plug-in. If not, try Edit/Select all, then Copy - open Word and Edit/Paste then try printing from there. If you're not using Internet Explorer, give it a try - a few sites give odd results with other browsers.
