Help to buy equity loan - how long for funds

Hi all,
We are getting out notice to complete tomorrow and I believe it should be 10 working days before we complete. We spoke to the developers and they have said there is the potential to complete early. Our solicitors have said the thing that could hold everything up would be help to buy releasing the funds to the developers. We are using help to buy south, does anyone have first hand experience of how long it takes for help to buy to release the money?

in my case (London), my solicitors notified the HCA of the completion date, and they released the money one day earlier.. completion then took place at 8am on the following day.0
