Chloe's diary on the road to debt-freeness!

Hi everyone, where to begin!!:rotfl:
I've been on these boards about a month and am making really good progress. However, have decided to start an online diary in order to keep myself focussed. I am no good at written diaries as they can't talk back to you! I am hoping that by charting my progress online I can benefit from this great community and all the support on this board.
As you can see from my sig I have lots of debt, mainly die to being a student and from being stupid with money! I am starting a four year course next week  which has inspired me to start clearing the debt. I am £16,000 in debt after doing my first degree, god knows what it will be like when I complete my next one if I don't do something urgently!
Will be posting a SOA next week - haven't done yet because a) I don't know how often I have to go to college and therefore can't budget for travel costs and b) until my timetable is sorted I don't know how many hours I can do at my job.
This diary is really for my benefit but I really hope that some of you will share the journey with me.
Thats about it for an intro, heres to a successful debt-free journey!

Also bought a vieo boxset at a bootsale for £1 and have listed on amazon for £3.99!
However, have to send all my ebay parcels tomorrow so will be knocking some postage money off sig
Uni starts tuesday, am getting a bit nervous! Am also nervous about money as will start to need budgeting for very expensive train fares. But I will do it, I am determined!
Am tired tonight, am going to dye my hair and go to bed with a nice video

Boo, had to knock todays postage cost off my £500 by xmas total and it has knocked me back under the £200 mark
Never mind, have a couple of things with bids on ebay and still have a drawer of books to sell.
Used my bank loan to clear my credit cards today which is great as it helps me know exactly where the finances stand!
Next mission is to wade through the daily clicks guide sent to me by another mse member so I can start getting free cash! :j
Am starting post-grad degree tomorrow! Bit nervous, willv feel more comfortable when I know exactly when I have to go, when I can work etc...
Need an early night tonight so probably won't be on forum again later
Wish me luck!!! Will be posting my SAO asap, have actually made a lot of changes already but its good to get other peoples' opinions.

hi everyone, started uni yesterday which was all good - excellent journey and only have to attend once a week! Means very little travel fares and I can keep up my part time job! :j
Afraid thats it for tonight, I am very depressed. Have had a horrible day, big row with brother, another one this evening with mum, went to help mum at work today and just caused more trouble. Everything has gone bad today. Have gone and spent precious money on a bottle of wine that I am glugging through right now and don't even care about the expense - which is making me even more miserable as my horrible day is ruining my debt-free good habits.
Enough moaning, today has been awful, ever wish you could get out of bed and start the day again?
I am going to drink lots and go to bed feeling seriously fed up
