I'm exactly the same Hairy!
And I also feel hungry when I'm stressed which I am at the moment. On my way home from the office this evening I popped into a shop to buy my friend a birthday pressie. I got on the quiet coach for my train journey home so put my phone on mute. When I got home I saw I had two missed calls from a central London number that I didn't recognise. I rang the number but no reply. I then unpacked my bag I found that my debit/credit card holder was missing! Panic stations! I checked the telephone number on google and it's the number of the shop that I visited but of course by the time I've rung, the shop is closed and as it's a City branch it'll probably be closed now till Monday.
So I've got a dilemma - should I cancel everything and have the hassle of waiting for new cards or leave it till Monday on the good probability that the shop has my wallet? I keep one of my business cards in the wallet so that's where they would have found my number.
It's lucky as well that I keep my holiday credit card at home so at least I've got something to fall back on!Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

I would have cancelled the cards as well , wouldn't have slept otherwise. Glad the doctors went ok and that your new meds regime works.
Booking tickets for Wicked tomorrow hopefully.

Thank you all - yes after reading what I posted i thought how daft I would be not to cancel the cards. All my savings are kept in my Santander 123 account for the interest rate and Cashback so someone could have a field day if they'd manage to get in! All the card companies were very nice and efficient and I should have all the new cards by the end of the week. I did call the shop this morning but it was closed as I thought it would be. I'll pop in there on my way to work on Monday. Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Thanks Cumbria. In a funny sort of way I'm looking forward to the new meds doseage - it might buck me up which is what I feel I really need at the moment.
Great that you're booking for Wicked,:j. I saw it a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it. My next jaunt is 42nd Street as my sister is taking me there for my birthday pressie. Only thing is that Lulu has joined the cast now and I'm not a fan.. (apologies to any Lulu lovers out there!)Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

I've just updated my Ad Hoc Retirement fund signature amount by another £29.72. This comprises of this month's Santander 123 interest and Cashback plus a rounding down of my bank balance to an amount of £12.67 as part of my new "Tilly Tidies" regime as invented by Tilly - and what a good idea it is!
Today I took my friend out for her birthday lunch which we both enjoyed and had a lovely catch-up as I hadn't seen her since before Christmas. Luckily I had my Santander Zero MasterCard which I keep in a drawer ready for any overseas trips! Only downside was I needed some cash for Pilates tomorrow so had to draw it out on the CC so will incur a charge. Annoying!
After the meal I went home began to read and fell asleep! And I only had one Japanese Mohito and a glass of red!:D. Roll on the new meds! Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟
