Long winter sun break?

I am diabled and very sensitive to the cold. So I thought, instead of paying high bills to BG through the winter, perhaps I could have a long winter break in the sun. I am on my own so keen to avoid single supplements. I love turkey, malta, and spain, but would be happy to consider anywhere at a reasonable price. I would be flying from manchester, dates flexible.

Whens the earliest/latest you can go?
How long do you want to go for?
What is your budget?
What board basis would you like?"Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away."0 -
I want to go for about 28 days.
I can travel any time after 4th October through to mid December.
Pricewise, I'd like all inclusive and can go to £1000 for that.
Otherwise, half board, around £600
