Text on websites look rubbish

Hi guys
I have just gone onto my dads PC to sort a few things. I have noticed when on websites, the text looks a bit crap. I assumed it was the display drivers, so I installed the latest display drivers for the card. Any other suggestions? I have took a snapshot below:

Does the screen resolution which is set match the default resolution for that screen model?
If not, you can get blurring.0 -
Try looking at the font settings in the browser.
For Chrome ...
Settings - Show advanced settings - Web Content - Font size.I don't like morning people. Or mornings. Or people.0 -
