Tanner Trading, Cornwall - very poor service

I recently ordered a pair of work boots from this site, which claims to offer 1-2 day delivery and free tracking on all orders. It's now 11 days since the order was placed and I have no boots and no response to my phonecalls. Neither phone is being answered and if you dare to post on their Facebook page, they simply delete it!!
Avoid at all costs - they're very quick to take your money, but very slow to actually fulfill your order or offer any form of Customer Service.
Luckily I can get a refund via Paypal, but just wanted to warn others not to get caught out by them.
