Bathroom & Kitchen Showrooms North East

Hi,
I'm about to fit out a bathroom, under-stairs washroom and large open-plan kitchen / diner w/Island.
I'm looking for a bit of Inspiration, as-well as a bargain price on Bathroom & Kitchen.
Is there any large Showrooms, Ex-Display / Clearance style Units in the North-East.
I've visited a few Tecaz shops in the North-East but looking for alternatives in the Leeds, Darlington, Middlesbrough, Durham area?

DIYkitchens.com are very reasonable and have a showroom in Pontefract. Great to have a look and no pushy sales!0

Thanks @tlj7 I've actually mocked up an order on the site. Was going to order some samples to see before buying, didn't actually realise they have a showroom so thats' perfect!
