Collective Switch Price Query

I have just switched to the BG October 17 collective switch and the tariff for electricity should be 8.831p per unit and I am being charged 12.31p per unit. I rang BG to query it and the adviser said his information says it should be 8.831p and he will get it changed. So I would just like to let people know and to check your tariff.
