Just for the future in buying on ebay i know the seller is based in china, but it states item from Bardon UK.
Does this mean they have stocks over here or is it misleading buyers.

What do you regard as low feedback percentage?
IT is a mixture of things for me. Anything below 99% I would look at as it might just be a low volume seller with a single neg which wouldn't be a problem at all. Below 99% and I would look more carefully and below 98.5% I would probably hesitate to buy from unless it was something I was absolutely sure I couldn't buy elsewhere and would be unlikely to want to return.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Feedback percentage only tells half the story. I also always look at how many "Revised Feedback" a seller has (it's listed at the very top of their feedback).
I've seen too many sellers who have what looks like reasonably good feedback, but who also have many hundreds of revised feedbacks. They obviously wait until a buyer leaves a Negative, and then offer a refund to get the feedback revised, in order to make their feedback percentage look good.
