Kind of productive day takes ages to do compete based applications didn't get DG to check this last one but closing date is Monday lunchtime and interviews are Tuesday so at least they can look at it over the weekend.
I'll send of a speculative one to an organisation I quite fancy asking if they need someone with my skills not sure in what exactly but I've worked for their competitor so who knows.
Look forward to golf this evening and shower at the club still noting new on when we get gas again getting irritating now but going to deduct £6 a day for inconvenience so a bit of a saving at least.
DG will be home soon so better get organised.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Lovely weekend lots of golf didn't get wet either. Didn't make gym but golf instead at least it's walking gym tonight instead also need shower. Week three now of no shower getting very boring and tedious and guardian company still acting like imbeciles.
DG got two applications off and found two more to go for so that's good. I had a search but nothing other than the two I've got in and the thrid one which I really don't think I've got a chance off but if I don't get interview for job 2 I'll go for it. Decision made job two closes today interview tomorrow so fingers crossed should know today.
Did Lidl and Asda big shops now don't need anything other than chicken for next week will get from muscle food I think might try their steaks too. Offer 5 kilo of chicken breast plus 10 steaks £40.
Speaking to friend in Cornwall later will be nice to catch up with her.
Should do the open uni course but I'm on week 1 and should be starting week 4 today. Hmm not sure.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Went really well it's very much a hit the ground running job and work with what you got which means all my skills from caseworker to supervisor to senior manager. CEO did seem really nice not been there that long so hopefully not set in their ways.
Just got an email with another job interview for next Tues or Weds when I already have one. I do like the sound of the other job could be good stepping stone for dream job but I might hate it and not like the organisation it's more policy and training than client focussed. I'll reply tomorrow just waiting and seeing but got good feeling about job one and it could give me project management which I don't really have. It's back in CAB which I swore I wouldn't go back to but it's well paid and I like it it's a challenge.
Can't believe I've got three interviews from three applications maybe it's the voluntary work but I actually think it's the fact I'm not applying through agencies. People know who I have worked for I like it. I'll keep you posted.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Thanks Tahlullah no news so I'm kind of resigned to the fact someone better got it unless they had interviews today which I could have asked about will definitely with the other two.
Had some news about the part time job (it's still being advertised by the way closes tomorrow so good to get interview already) they might be strapped for cash. In the advert I applied for it says part time hopefully full time when finances better however it now says 3 to 5 days please indicate. This is great apart from I've heard they are strapped for cash don't want to get another permanent job that turns out it isn't.
I think right now the one yesterday is preferred choice then if I like job two the part time one and it's full time and they aren't strapped for cash then next choice and maternity cover is final choice although that does look good nice and easy travel too.
Still as my mum says I've not got any so many I should apply for that other one.
Today I'm going to put it out of my mind I've got appointment to have my new insoles checked the ones I left in Denmark and my mum posted over a week ago but still hasn't turned up. So irritating and embarrassing appointment is at 10 taking the car.
Then it's golf at 2pm look forward to that even if I won't see many of the members I'll at least get into the completion. Been playing really well lately will be six day in a row

And we have news!
Job 1 where the interview was yesterday called and left message to call I was on the golf course so took four hours before I could call back. They have appointed for the job I applied for but would I like to work for them in their senior management team helping them build capacity and work closer with other organisations and line manage the job I didn't get? There's also an extra £2k on top. 12 months only which is ideal for me. Bit of a curveball that one. As if it had been a normal management post I would have said no not doing that again but it's new and very different. CEO seems nice and they employ 7 solicitors of 20 caseworkers not many volunteers so seems quite different from your usual CAB.
In orther news played crap golf but enjoyed it.Save £12k in 25 No 49
