Theatre tickets for London trip
well-medicated
Taking the family for a short break to London at the end of October. We plan to see 'The Lion King' at the Lyceum and hopefully one other show.
What's the best (and cheapest) way to buy tickets? I assume it's directly from the theatre, but would be glad of any help from our well-travelled members.
Thanks in advance

I gave up jogging for health reasons; my thighs rubbed together and my knickers caught fire!

Not direct from the theatres!!
Go to the half price ticket booth in Leicester Square (make sure it is the real one and not a tout outfit.
Depending on what you want to watch - most on sale at thptb are half price with a £2.50 booking fee - you can pay cash or use your cards.
The very popular shows like Mama Mia and Joseph won't be threre as they sell out without having to be sold this way.0
