Thanks to resolver, I managed to get a 47% discount on a replacement Dualogic selector system on my Fiat Qubo, although out of warranty. The job was going to cost £1600 (they replace the entire units not repair them) at Stoneacre Wrexham, and a 'technical goodwill request' to Fiat by the dealership fell on deaf ears. The car is 4 years old but has only done 11000 miles so I thought it shouldn't have developed a fault in so few cycles. My attempts to contact Fiat fell on deaf ears but once the Resolver email was sent,:money: I had contact from Fiat customer support within two days. Fiat then contacted me with the discounted offer (some may say I should have held out for more but I needed my car back!) which I accepted. The dealership then proceeded to a 'retail goodwill request' (which they'd never previously heard of) to get the discounted part from Fiat (which, coincidentally, had increased in price by £300 during the month). I've now got my car back with a brand new Dualogic unit installed (after two attempts to get the correct part from Fiat!) and a still hefty £900 bill but it could have been worse. Always try for a discount out of warranty, you never know your luck!:j

It's plastered all over some parts of the forum, I'm currently one of many people using it to attempt to claim flight delay compensation, from Aer Lingus in my case. It's worth having an occasional look around the boards that you don't usually frequent, it's surprising the things that can be found out.0 -
I used Resolver to get compensation for a KLM flight that was 11 hours late. It was an excellent service with no fee and my wife and I received £200 each.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0
